The Wild Animal Sanctuary, currently operates four facilities within the United States, is the oldest and largest nonprofit Sanctuary in the US, dedicated exclusively to rescuing captive exotic and endangered large carnivores. The Sanctuary encompasses more than 33,000 acres and provides some 900 Lions, Tigers, Bears and other large carnivores with a wonderful life for as long as they live.

The Wild Animal Sanctuary has ramped-up or efforts to create an even better “can’t miss” event for 2024, and we invite you to join us!

 

• Saturday June 8th, 2024 will feature the 10th Annual 5K family fun walk / run “Jaguar Jaunt”, 5K "Limitless Lion" race & 10K “Tireless Tiger” race events.  We expect as many as 3,000 people for this event.
